Minister Phoebe Williams is an ordained and licensed Minister of the Gospel since 2013. She is the founder and Executive Director of Truth Outreach Ministries Inc. She has worked in the Accounting profession since 1996; working for industry leading companies in the non-profit, private, and public sectors. She has held positions on the boards of several organizations such as National Association of Black Accountants; along with other faith-based non-profits within Florida. She is also a mother of three adult children, who are her greatest accomplishments. She serves a crucial role in the spiritual life at Make Whole Ministries.
